365mc LAMS Liposuction by injectables | PostOP AFTERCARE treatment Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy

I have received 1st Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy(ESWT) on last Wednesday.

I have received LAMS procedure for around 1 month ago.

My swelling and bruises are gone, however, the muscles of my belly are still in a soreness situation.

Therefore, the hospital recommended I receive the ESWT which can help with the soreness.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy can help to reduce the pain, promote the healing and regenerate the blood vessels. Also, it can strengthen the muscle tissues.

The focused shockwave method uses a very focused impulse to target affected areas through an extracorporeal shockwave therapy machine. 


There is no need for anesthesia since the shockwave used is low energy. 

Just lays down with my belly area exposed.

Before the procedure , oils are applied on my belly area which helps deliver the impulses deeper into the skin.


The ESTW shockwave gun, is pressed against my belly area. Rapid impulses are then delivered to the patient. 

Whole treatment last around 20 minutes :)

While this treatment just a little bit uncomfortable? But not in a painful way XD

My 365mc Hospital LAMS - Liposuction Recovery Review  DAY1 - 5 I did my lower belly LAMS on Wed  (23.1.11) Today is post-lams Day 5. Certainly my lower belly is still in a swelling state. But bruise is going better right now. You can see the changes from the photos. 365mc LAMS liposuction | take away my JIBANGII 지방이 bellyfat! (You can watch the blog in my Instagram) I decide to use 365mc LAMS LIPOSUCTION to take away my bellyfat! I highest weight in my life was around 62-3kg when I was  a University student. And right now is around 48-50kg ( and my height is 160cm).
